Position Summary: The Superintendent works closely with the Construction Manager / Site Manager, provides site leadership, and manages the day-to-day operations on a utility scale solar project. This includes efficiently managing the production of both company and subcontract crews working onsite. Overseeing UG Crews working on the job site, ensuring all work is compliant with installation and safety standards. They are responsible for managing the field operations with a focus on safety compliance, efficiency, cost management and innovation.
