Position Title: Human Resources Business Partner Classification: Exempt: Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Human Resources POSITION SUMMARY: As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as the HR liaison with our business units communicating and implementing HR initiatives, participating in business unit meetings, developing a strong understanding of the business operations and responding to business unit feedback. You will be responsible for developing a strong collaborative relationship with the business unit leaders, employees and union representatives and be part of a diverse HR team allowing you to promote a positive work environment. Oversees policy administration and specialty areas of human resources which may include employee and labor relations, employee engagement, recognition programs, compensation administration, leave administration and talent acquisition. The HRBP will also be involved in projects and initiatives that support HR process improvement solutions and enhanced programs and services. Wage Range: $75,643.78 - $113,465.66/year.
