Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: - Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Planning, Design and Construction, provides collaboration, communication and leadership in support of Emory University's capital and non-capital construction programs, focusing on projects from $2 million and above, but also including renovation projects and deferred maintenance projects, through project completion and closeout. - Responsibilities include a thorough understanding of Emory University's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), capital funding process, as well as processes for project design, sustainability, documentation and construction. - Balances project workloads and requirements for a team of 6 construction program managers and the administrative staff that supports the construction program. - In coordination with the VP of Planning, AVP of Planning, Design & Construction and the Senior Director of Project Planni...
