As a Director of Infrastructure Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Branch Infrastructure Operations Engineering team, you will lead the engineering, deployment, and operational support of technology platforms critical to our branch network. Job responsibilities: Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards for all branch platforms and applications. - Oversee the engineering, deployment, and lifecycle management of branch ATM, Teller, Print, and VDI platforms. - Lead the engineering and operational support for the application portfolio that underpins these platforms, ensuring high availability and performance. - Champion the adoption of AI and automation technologies at all levels to improve developer and engineering efficiency, accelerate solution delivery, and drive continuous improvement. - Drive automation, standardization, and modernization across all branch technology platforms. - Ensure robust monitoring, rapid incident response, and proactive problem management for all supported systems. - Develop and execute the strategic vi...
