Description SUMMARY: The ASC Administrator is responsible for providing strategic leadership, compliance and operational oversight for all Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), focusing on performance improvement, growing existing service lines, and building new service lines. Partners with leaders and doctors to manage all aspects of an ASC operations, processes, and staffing (including Anesthesia). Provides direction and support toward the attainment of company goals and objectives. Ensures that the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations is achieved, while improving clinical and financial operations.
