The Product Growth team is responsible for shaping how millions of people experience that ecosystem, ensuring we deliver value in a way that is balanced, engaging, and sustainable across our global community. As a Growth Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in understanding and optimising this B2C marketplace — using data, experimentation, and commercial insight to unlock meaningful growth. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and strategy to diagnose performance, identify opportunities, and influence decisions that improve engagement, liquidity, and long-term retention. This role is grounded in Curiosity and Excellence — diving deep into user behaviour while driving high-impact outcomes.
