OVERVIEW: Releady is partnering with a leading satellite communications and defense technology company to hire a Senior Software Engineer. Headquartered in Redmond, Washington and backed by over 150 patents, this privately held innovator engineers electronically steered, flat-panel antenna systems that deliver mission-critical connectivity for government, military, maritime, commercial transport, and public safety organizations worldwide. Their technology is actively deployed by the U.S. Army and in global disaster relief operations — this is high-consequence engineering at scale. In this role, you will serve as a primary contributor on the application-layer embedded software team, owning critical feature development and complex cross-domain problem solving in an embedded Linux environment.
