Koniag IT Systems LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Tier 3 Help Desk Support Engineer to support KITS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid opportunity, onsite in downtown Washington, DC a minimum of three (3) days per week or alternate schedule totaling 80 hours/2 weeks. We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Tier 3 System Administrator to support a potential future business opportunity located in Washington, DC. The ideal Tier 3 System Administrator will: - Serve as an Escalation point for Tier II help desk. - Maintain the current print server and manage configuration changes as required due to printer refreshes or other changes - Remotely push monthly system patches and security vulnerability updates to workstations using the Government- provided tools (currently Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager-SCCM) and Microsoft Windows SUS S...
