Communication and Engagement Lead

Job description

The purpose of this role is to deliver change, communications and engagement programs that drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and development. This role is to drive employee engagement through developing our internal communications across DAP. This role is primarily driven by improving the workplace, making Dublin Airport a better place to work for all employees. This role serves as a People Ambassador for Dublin Airport by providing a welcoming, informative, and respectful experience for all our employees. Design and implement a DAP communication and engagement strategy which delivers on the strategy for Dublin Airport and provides a best-in-class internal communications function. Design and implement communication and engagement initiatives to drive engagement across DAP. Working with other internal communications teams to create and maintain content for employee communication channels. Implement employee engagement metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees.
