Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Within the Payroll Department, you will be responsible for executing the full payroll process and ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with local laws, regulations and the Company’s established processing guidelines. Your key responsibilities include: - Review all new hires in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and process any necessary corrections - Calculate and process termination payments - Process salary changes, calculate back pay and additional earnings such as overtime and shift allowances - Be responsible for calculating deductions and ensuring employees’ sick leave and vacation time are accurate - Provide support to the stores regarding payroll matters, delivering outstanding customer service to our internal customers addressing all payroll-related questions and concerns WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: You will be part of the Payroll Department, collaborating closely with colleagues in Accounting, Legal, Controlling and HR, as well as store teams.
