The Role: Due to recent expansion and an increase in tendering opportunities, we are currently seeking a full time experienced Senior Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bondi Junction. Must have Senior Estimating experience in Utilities and Civil infrastructure. Key Duties: - Review of contract documents including scope of works, specifications etc. at tender stage. - Develop lump sum pricing / bill of quantities on a range of civil, utility and infrastructure projects using first principle estimates and open market quotes from subcontractors and suppliers. - Risk management and safe construction techniques when developing construction methodologies and programs with construction team. - Manage multiple tenders at any one time. - Produce tenders from $1 million to $50 million. - Evaluate subcontractor and su...
