Work Flexibility: Hybrid Senior Sourcing Manager: Model Farm Road, Cork / Hybrid Full-time / Permanent: Position Summary: This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of procurement strategies and initiatives focused on cost reduction, supply base optimisation and rationalisation, quality improvement, risk assessment, and contract negotiation. The position drives strategic sourcing activities for assigned commodities and ensures the delivery of optimal quality, service, and value through disciplined bidding processes, effective negotiation, and strong supplier management. What you will do: Lead the development and implementation of strategies and goals for assigned commodities in support of overall divisional business objectives. Formulate and implement processes to build a best-in-class strategic sourcing organisation. Develop and lead cross functional teams and lead the process to create strategic commodity plans, consolidation strategy, and spend/supply assessments taking into account total product life cycle needs.
