We’re looking for dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team, with a strong focus on housing-based support. About the Role: This role offers a diverse mix of support work across both community and housing environments. A key focus is on providing consistent, person-centred support within residential housing settings, including: Housing Support Focus - Day Shifts in Supported Accommodation: Assist residents with daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and community access. You’ll help create a stable and empowering home environment. - If interested in Non-Active Sleepovers, we offer generous remuneration: Provide overnight presence to ensure safety and reassurance.
