THE JOB: As a Cabana Busperson at MGM Grand, you will help create an exceptional poolside experience by maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked cabanas and service areas in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will support seamless food and beverage service by ensuring stations are guest-ready, replenished, and operating efficiently throughout the day. With attention to detail, urgency, and a guest-first mindset, you will play an important role in delivering a fun, relaxing, and memorable cabana experience that reflects the energy of MGM Grand.
