We are currently seeking a Team Leader to assist with the operations at our CDS Bayswater Depot. This hands-on role ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused weekend site operations. About the role: The Team Leader is the key point of contact for weekend depot operations. You will oversee customer flow, ensure site safety and compliance, support staff on shift, and carry out daily operational tasks. This is a hands-on supervisory role—ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and keeping operations running smoothly.
