This role is critical to ensure that all construction activities meet contract requirements, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks mandated by USACE and Cooper Tacia’s internal QA/QC systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in federal construction projects and a strong understanding of USACE’s Three-Phase QC System .
