About Yondr Yondr is a developer, owner operator and service provider of hyperscale data centers. Our mission is to meet growing businesses' data center capacity and technical real estate needs faster, more elegantly and with better performance outcomes than anyone else. As an organization, we self-fund, design, deliver and operate hyperscale data center facilities globally. The role: We are seeking a US Tax Manager to lead tax workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments for a growing data center platform. This role will support the Global Tax Director who is based in the UK by owning US transaction structuring, integration planning, and post-deal compliance across Federal and State income taxes, sales & use tax, incentives, property and personal property taxes. The role will partner closely with Corporate Development, the Data Centre Execution, Legal, Finance, and Operation teams to ensure that tax risks and opportunities are managed.
