Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused Dental Receptionist to join our friendly & experienced team at the Dental Practice on Broadway , in Woking . The essentials: - 30 hours over 4 days on a rota basis - Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm with non working day Tuesday or Friday weekly - Competitive rate from £13.50 per hour - Join our well established team in our reputable fully private specialist referrals practice - Convenient central location with transport links locally (bus & train) The duties of this role will involve but not be limited to: - Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments - Answer phone calls and respond to emails - Verify insurance information and process billing and payments - Maintain and update patient records - Handle patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and office policies - Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff - Maintain a clean and organized reception area About you: We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: What do you get in return? - Previous...
