We are working closely alongside a local authority in Elmbridge t o assist with the appointment of a Customer Operations Adviser on a 3 - months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £16.06- £21.00 per hour Summary: As a Customer Operations Adviser , you are the primary point of contact for the residents of Elmbridge. You play a pivotal role in maintaining the council's reputation by delivering high-quality, empathetic, and efficient service across all communication channels. The focus of this role is achieving "first-point-of-contact" resolution, handling both straightforward administrative tasks and complex financial processes, and providing dedicated support to vulnerable members of the community.
