Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the NAVIGATE Coordinator, serves as a bachelor’s level professional with the primary duty of serving as the Research Specialist for the Early-phase Schizophrenia: Practice-based Research to Improve Treatment Outcomes (ESPRITO) and early psychosis studies. Individual will perform a wide range of project related tasks including recruiting participants from the NAVIGATE Program, interfacing with national and local research teams, participation in ongoing training/supervisory sessions with Early Psychosis Intervention Network (EPINET) Teams, completing all required paperwork and documentation, providing direct and indirect mental health and co-occurring disorder services within the framework of research initiatives. The Research Specialist will maintain all required site-specific regulatory documents and work with the EPINET Teams on regulatory requirements for the study as a whole.
