We are searching for a Labour Relations Specialist who is passionate about building strong and respectful workplace relationships. You will be central in supporting dialogue between employees, managers, and unions, and contribute to a fair and collaborative work environment. If you thrive in negotiation and conflictresolution settings, this role is a great opportunity for you. The position is hybrid and can be located in Ludvika or Västerås. Weekly presence in Ludvika is necessary. Your Responsibilities Lead and negotiate local labour agreements, ensuring compliance with labour laws and collective bargaining requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with local unions and act as the primary liaison between union representatives, managers, and employees. Manage labourrelated projects and processes independently, providing expert guidance to HRBPs and managers. Mediate conflicts and grievances, facilitating effective communication and resolution across parties. Coordinate and structure the labour relation processes together with other HR functions to enable a clear company message.
