Description The Brand Image Specialist is responsible for supporting the visual standards and brand compliance of branded fuel locations working with Tiger. This role monitors brand image performance, coordinates with major oil company representatives, and helps ensure locations meet required image program standards. The Brand Image Specialist plays an important role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and reputation of the Tiger Family of Brands across all branded sites. Review each branded location’s mystery shop results and determine the appropriate course of action, including: - Accepting results as satisfactory - Initiating a standard appeal - Recommending an on-site visit that may lead to a CURE appeal - Measure and track overall progress on average quarterly scores for each brand - Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement across locations - Communicate regularly with major oil company brand representatives regarding site-specific image issues - Maintain professional working relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders - Communicate promptly with the Vice President, Wholesale Sales regarding issues that require escalation or add...
