We are hiring a Recruiter to join Fortrea's North American Talent Acquisition Team! This role will be hybrid working in the Durham, NC office at least 2 days per week. Job Overview: The Recruiter will partner closely with the business and/or line manager to build effective sourcing approaches by identifying the availability of talent across critical talent segments. The Recruiter will use the most effective candidate attraction strategies and messages to reach different candidate segments to source the best candidates in the market and build a talent pipeline for the growing needs of the business. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is proactive and can relate to individuals at all levels. Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills are imperative.
