Minimum Hiring Wage: From $43.30 per hour Job Details: Scheduled Hours: 7:00pm - 7:30am, every other weekend Job Description: A Brief Overview As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating educational initiatives, training programs, and supervision activities within the clinical setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Works closely with departmental managers and directors in the assistance of staff and patient needs while performing as an integral role in department operations, including but not limited to—assigning work and real time coaching. The clinical resource supervisor must be proficient with telemetry interpretation and have completed an EKG or Basic Dysthymia course.
