Sea Containers London is seeking a confident and commercially aware People & Culture Executive with strong Employee Relations experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is comfortable managing complex ER cases, and can partner effectively with managers while protecting the business and supporting our people. You will play a key role in delivering operational HR support, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, compliance, and risk management. You will be trusted to manage cases with confidence, provide pragmatic advice to managers, and ensure all processes are legally compliant and aligned with company values. This role is based at Sea Containers London, with regional support required.
