Mintel is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Business Transformation team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate strategic transformation programmes that enable Mintel to scale efficiently and deliver operational excellence, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology adoption, and process improvement initiatives across our global teams. What You'll Do: Programme Leadership: - Lead multiple concurrent transformation projects within a unified programme structure, maintaining clarity on priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones. - Ensure all initiatives align with Mintel's strategic objectives, translating high-level goals into actionable programme plans.
