Overview: XMSTART is seeking a dedicated professional to lead and manage our People Operations function. This role involves managing the company’s Talent Acquisition, HR, and culture-driven priorities. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to align processes, procedures, interactions, and engagements with all employees to ensure XMSTART fosters a positive, competitive, rewarding and high-performance workplace environment. This position is located in Fairfax, VA.
