Responsibilities: Wind Turbine Operations & Performance: - Oversee technical issues on equipment components, operating systems, and performance reliability on multiple turbine platforms. - Assist and guide project managers on mitigation and remediation measures. - Review performance reports, the including turbine availability, capacity factor, and reliability, and provide remediation plans as needed. - Lead difficult troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues. - Monitor CMS alarms to identify problems befo...
