Director, Quality Engineering

About the role We're looking for an Engineering Director who will be the ultimate owner of product quality across all of Quo's product lines — with the authority and organizational backing to enforce standards, block releases, and drive the fixes needed to meet them. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software engineering and test strategy, and a proven track record leading quality programs in fast-moving SaaS environments. They should thrive where initiative, ownership, and high standards aren't just encouraged — they're expected. This is not a purely supervisory role. You will be expected to actively contribute to the activities of the Quality team in all stages of the SDLC. You embrace the Quality Engineering team’s role not only as a check on their peer’s work but also as educators and enablers on testing best practices and methodologies. You actively leverage emerging AI automation technologies to extend the reach of your team. Some of the things you’ll do: - Own quality end-to-end.
