Job Description The Role: The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for developing manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, and sequence and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines, and facilities necessary for the production of parts and assemblies. Work is performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity and/or plant environment where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised, as well as a high level of independent judgment. What You'll Do ( Key Responsibilities will include): - Develop and implement sufficiency plans and continuous improvement activities to meet specific uptime, tool cost, quality, and maintainability objectives - Responsible for all documentation of the process including Process Control Plans, Tool and Equipment Bulletins, PFMEAs, and other equipment documentation including standardized work (TISs and more) - Work with and support Maintenance activities, resolving equipment issues resulting in downtime of the equipment and tooling - Work with Manufacturing and Quality department in problem solving customer issues and developing short term corrective actio...
