Downer’s Energy & Utilities team is seeking an experienced Pipeline Inspector to help protect and secure critical gas transmission assets. Based in Sydney, this hands‑on role plays a vital part in supervising third‑party works near live transmission pipelines and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, compliantly, and to client standards. You’ll be out on site, working closely with asset owners, contractors, councils, and internal teams to make sure pipelines remain protected while essential works are delivered. If you enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and being the go‑to person on site for safety and compliance, this role is for you. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a safety‑focused professional with strong pipeline inspection experience who can confidently manage site activities and stakeholder relationships.
