Work Schedule: Thursday through Monday Status: Temp to potential full-time: Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: - Maintain focus on the TaylorMade athlete and golf at the center of everything. - Leverage passion and position to strategically authenticate TaylorMade stories in the marketplace, bringing the brand and product innovation stories to life across the retail landscape as the local product expert - Develop and maintain strong partnerships with approximately 40 off-course retail locations, fostering brand loyalty and ensuring consistent engagement across diverse retail environments. - Maintain a high level of product and fitting knowledge to educate retailer associates and fitters to assist customers - Deliver engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail associates and fitters on TaylorMade’s mission, brand and product innovation - Work closely with each retail location to uphold TaylorMade’s visual merchandising standards and deliver an exceptional in-store experience—ensuring the brand is showcased at its best and aligned with customer expectations - Engage, communicate and work closely with fellow Brand Ambassadors around the country to effectivel...
