Job DetailsJob Location: ARCH - Williamsport, PA 17701Position Type: 8 LABORERS/HELPERSEducation Level: High School or GEDTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: Full TimeUnder the direction of the Supervisor, Production, this position provides for the efficient processing of materials as may be required to satisfy customer orders. Responsible to unload materials in preparation for processing and to re-load materials upon completion. Performs the following functions as assigned as part of the processing of materials along a production line: Pocketer - Glues kits into books according to process codes. Sizer - Measures each book with a ruler and pulls a plastic jacket to fit each book. Inserter - Inserts dust cover into a plastic jacket, books without dust cover get protection tapes over the spine labels. Gluer - Glues or tapes jackets onto books according to process codes. Biller - Takes care of paperwork and checks the books for quality. Responsible to perform other duties of equal or lesser classification irrespective of required change in department, hours (including mandatory overtime) or work conditions as directed by supervisor.
