Job Duties and Responsibilities: - At the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, the Chief Inspector performs the duties and responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager for the Repair Station. - The Chief Inspector shall have a working knowledge of and be the local authority of all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and the RSQCM. - Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual and keep personnel assigned aware of the Quality Control systems and procedures relative to their assignments - Drive for maximum efficiency and effective use of QA and QA Inspector resources. - Support the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectives - Observe and administer company rules and regulations and safety policy and standard operating procedures - Perform and assign the tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards and ensure the use of applicable technical data - Provide for the shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSQCM - Collaborate and cooperate with the Customer Project Manager to achieve the on time and on budget objective of th...
