The Lead Beverage Bar Back is responsible for the transportation of supplies to the bar backs at the casino’s various bar locations, as well as inventory control, keeping records and store room organization All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain adequate levels of liquor in the pump rack. Ensure the pump room has back-up supplies, is clean and well organized. 2. Responsible for inventory control of all liquor. Maintain requisition forms for each location, keep rooms organized and clean. Assist with monthly inventory and communicate with management regarding stock levels in order to maintain proper pars. 3. Accept all beverage deliveries. Ensure accuracy of order, stock in proper location and rotate stock when necessary. 4. Deliver to each location supplies requested from the bar back. This includes: ice, beer, kegs, juices, garnishes, soda products, paper supplies, etc. Keep records of requisitions. 5. Removal of empty beer bottles and trash.
