Job Summary: We are hiring a Lead Recruiter who will own go-to-market talent acquisition across EMEA - partnering with senior leaders to identify and close top sales candidates who will drive Clearwater’s international growth. You will be a trusted advisor to our EMEA leadership team, shaping hiring strategy, elevating our employer brand, and building pipelines in competitive fintech and financial services markets: Responsibilities: - Own executive and GTM hiring across EMEA - lead end-to-end recruitment for senior sales, pre-sales, account management, and leadership roles across the UKI, Continental Europe, and emerging EMEA markets. - Partner with the C-suite and senior stakeholders - act as a strategic hiring advisor to VPs, MDs, and regional leaders, translating business growth plans into targeted talent strategies. - Hunt and engage passive executive talent - build and maintain warm pipelines of high-calibre commercial and leadership candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management. - Shape our EMEA employer brand - represent Clearwater at industry events, executive forums, and across digital channels to position us as an employer of choice in fin...
