Cooler Supervisor

Job description

General Purpose Directly supervise and provide work direction to warehouse/cooler employees and coordinate activities to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas. Proactively communicate with internal areas such as production, sales, and customer service to ensure appropriate inventory/product levels are available for load-out and finished product is delivered accurately and on time. Hold self and others accountable for promoting safety rules and regulations and act in accordance with the requirements for food safety and quality. Schedule: Second shift: Four day rotation Monday-Saturday with Sunday and a rotating day off. Typical hours are 4pm-12am Location: 1019 Flaxmill Road, Huntington, IN 46750 Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Schedule, assign and monitor work, and provide clear direction to warehouse/cooler employees to meet the needs of the business.
