Job Description The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Information & Technology Manager (“SITM”) to lead a comprehensive effort to strengthen how the Authority governs, manages, and leverages data. This role goes beyond advisory responsibilities. The SITO will play a key leadership role in identifying opportunities to improve data quality and consistency, addressing long-standing gaps, and establishing clear standards across departments to enhance coordination and alignment. Under the executive direction of the Senior Vice President (“SVP”), with the broadest latitude for the exercise of independent action and decision-making, the SITM is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall administration, planning, and technical strategy within NYCHA’s Quality Assurance, Safety and Technical Programs (QASTP). The SITM ensures the achievement of the primary objective of QASTP to maintain and continuously enhance the technology, infrastructure, and applications that are in place to support the present and future business requirements of all areas within the Department and at the request of the Chief Operating Officer.
