How will I help? If you’re a hands-on AI Engineer who loves building, shipping, and scaling real AI products — this is your moment. You’ll work in delivery squads designing, building, and operationalising production-grade AI and GenAI solutions that directly enhance Westpac’s products and services. It’s an exciting time for AI at Westpac, and you’ll be part of our rapidly growing DDAI (Data, Digital & Artificial Intelligence) team — where ideas move fast and models go live. This role is for engineers who want to build, deploy, and own AI in production , working side-by-side with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. To hit the ground running, you will have real-time experience in the AI Engineering space and can demonstrate solid hands-on AI experience beyond experimentation and POCs.
