The Performance Success team leads measurement, optimization, and performance storytelling, helping clients understand the impact of their investment and driving renewal and growth through insight-led narratives. About the Role: Reporting into the Senior Manager, Performance Success, the Manager, Performance Success is responsible for campaign measurement, performance optimization, and developing narrative-driven recaps that connect performance to client KPIs and business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, client strategy, and storytelling. The ideal candidate can synthesize complex data, uncover strategic insights, present to stakeholders of varying seniority and media expertise, and help drive innovation in measurement, attribution, and reporting through automation and AI.
