As a Patient Service Representative at Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy , you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Pay: $19-22/hr based on experience & skill set Schedule: Full time - clinic is open M-F 8am-6pm Location: 24050 Aliso Creek Rd Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 Essential Job Functions: Patient Interaction: - Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth. - Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone. - Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation accurately. - Helping to create a positive work environment and culture of the clinic ensuring that patients needs are taking care of during transitional periods of therapy.
