What you will do: The Senior Manager of Fitting Signal Processing is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for Audiological algorithms and capabilities that enable individualized sound processing within WSA’s digital solution space. He/She will lead the integration and development of Fitting Signal Processing software, managing the process from conception through implementation across Platform, B2B, and B2C domains, establishing a phased Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) model and a Software Factory to effectively monitor the health and progress of software projects, drive collaboration across functions, emphasizing quality, security, and compliance to ensure that software systems are cohesive, scalable, and reliable across various device generations and product lines.
