L ocation: Hybrid (typically 2 days per week in Watford) As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning, creative development and co-ordination of the channel owners to deliver integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that build awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy/loyalty. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll own the overall campaign process from planning to creative brief and ensuring asset delivery from channel owners - working closely with our in-house team, agency partners and channel owners to ensure every campaign is insight-led, creatively compelling, and delivered on time and on budget. You will play a critical role in delivering a high-performing marketing “engine”, helping deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and demand, consistent, and effective across every touchpoint.
