Description The Department of Neurology at the Yale School of Medicine seeks to hire a neurohospitalist/ neurologist or subspecialty trained neurologist with interest in general inpatient and outpatient neurology at the rank of Assistant Professor to complement our services in Westerly, Rhode Island. The inpatient component of the position will include evaluation and management the whole spectrum of neurological disorders in the emergency department, the general medical and surgical floors, and the intensive care unit, and the geriatric psychiatry unit. The outpatient component can be tailored to the candidate’s specific interest. We anticipate faculty applicants to be dedicated to excellence in patient care and educating the next generation of subspecialty experts. The position offers applicants an exciting opportunity for individual programmatic development and goal discovery across varied clinical or academic interests within our department.
