Calista Corporation Regular: JOB SUMMARY: The Benefits Analyst position will provide technical and analytical support to the Benefits Department in the delivery and accounting of company-sponsored retirement plans including 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plans, while ensuring benefits compliance with accordance with plan documents, Unions, Service Contracts, ACA, IRS, ERISA and DOL regulations. This position will have oversight of and responsibility to support the Company’s benefits accounting functions of auditing, funding and reconciling enrollments, premiums/deductions, deferral changes and monitoring eligibility, and contribution limits. This is a remote position. Work hours are based on Alaska Standard Time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Audit and reconcile plan enrollment and termination data. - Audit and reconcile deductions and contributions in CostPoint. - Audit and reconcile BEFs submitted to payroll. - Audit and reconcile payroll contributions against recordkeepers reports. - Prepare and/or audit check requests to be submitted to Accounts Payable for detail accuracy per A/P processes, including: Benefit vendor payment; Benefit claims payment; Union payments: pension, dues, H&W; Other n...
