VP of Operations / Head of Operations

Job description

We are looking for a VP of Operations/ Head of Operations who will drive day-to-day execution across the company and help transform Microamp into a more business-driven, execution-focused and scalable organization . This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role at the center of the company. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn strategy into execution, build operational discipline, improve cross-functional alignment, and ensure the company can scale effectively across customers, partners, products and geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can combine strong operational leadership with commercial awareness, structured execution and scaling mindset . You should be equally comfortable solving immediate operational issues, building internal systems, driving accountability and helping leadership focus the organization on the highest business-impact priorities.
