Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio The Incentive Compensation (IC) Administration team is responsible for administering KeyBank's incentive compensation plans. This includes ensuring the accurate calculation and disbursement of pay, effectively communicating incentive plan information, maintaining the NICE Incentive Compensation System (NICE), and providing training to users across the enterprise. Job Summary: This position serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for non-pay impacting processes within Incentive Compensation Administration. Essential Functions: - Produce and analyze IC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and related reporting. - Maintain the inventory, usage, and cleanliness of NICE reports. - Manage the review and approval process for IC procedures. - Create and maintain processes and procedures for IC processing. - Lead project management for small team projects or system testing initiatives. - Coordinate or develop documentation for NICE system enhancement requests and issues. - Oversee NICE access request queues, including user creation and deletion. - Manage IC communication bulletins through the NICE system. - Create annual pay calendars. - Develop us...
