Description Summary: The Sales Support Specialist administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. Responsibilities are centered in contacting prospects to obtain required information and leading them through the entire onboarding cycle from application to activation, which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation. In addition to ensuring a satisfactory applicant/customer experience, the Specialist ensures accuracy of data in HNB-Inventory Finance's system of record. Duties & Responsibilities: Contact prospects in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly targets. Validate and input account data within the system of record (Inventory Engine) to ensure accuracy. Ensure prospect applications and submitted application requirements are in accordance with HNB-IF Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies, processes, and procedures.
