The Customer Order Administrator plays an important role in supporting customers and internal teams by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This position acts as a key connection between customers, Sales, and internal operational teams, managing order data, follow-ups, and communication throughout the order lifecycle. The role is well suited for individuals at the beginning of their career who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Enter, process, and maintain customer orders accurately in the company’s order management and ERP systems - Monitor and update order status, ensuring timely and clear communication with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders - Act as a first point of contact for customers on order-related questions, providing professional and timely support - Maintain order-related data, documentation, and basic financial information linked to sales orders - Coordinate order changes, confirmations, and follow-ups with Sales, factories, logistics, and other internal teams - Proactively identify potential delays or issues and support their resolution by working closely wi...
