JD: - Aircraft Loads - 20 years of relevant experience in the loads domain within the aerospace industry - Technical approver and reviewer - Support DR&O development (design requirements and objectives) - Location – BA - Montreal In your role, you will: · Lead and coordinate the execution of activities within the Loads group · Define the scope of work and validate the level of effort · Ensure work quality (First Time Right) by providing timely and continuous guidance to Loads group personnel · Act as a peer reviewer and technical approver · Ensure a common approach across various programs · Take ownership of problem resolution within the Knowledge Domain for all product lines · Lead and coordinate the aircraft-level investigation and problem-solving process using the Problem-Solving Sheet (PSS) methodology and close the loop by documenting lessons learned · Maintain a strong relationship with the leadership team to advise and provide constructive feedback · Lead and coordinate Loads group activities related to the Knowledge Domain, strategic technology development, and innovation · Define a vision, strategy, and development plan for the Loads group Knowledge Domain · Plan, update,...
